How do I join BookDoc Activ?
Download "BookDoc" for FREE on the App Store, Google Play or App Gallery. Click the "Activ" button in BookDoc App and follow the instructions to set up BookDoc Activ.
What is my TNB Vibrant Living activation code and how do I activate it?
TNB Vibrant Living activation code is tnbvbl. You need to press "Activate Now" at the bottom of BookDoc Landing Page, enter the activation code, followed by your employee ID and press "Save".
What should I do if I forgot my password, sign in detail and wish to amend my profile?

Why do I need to verify phone number?

Why am I still unable to activate TNB Vibrant Living activation code after I enter the Activation Code and Employee ID?

What should I do if I have been signed out from the app?
Click "Log In" on the landing page or on the side menu accessible from the top left corner. If you have previously registered the user account with email, you just need to re-enter the same email followed by password to sign in. If you have previously signed in using your Facebook credentials, just click the "Sign in with Facebook" button.
Do I have to open BookDoc app all the time?
Yes, you need open BookDoc Activ regularly. If you signed out, complete information may not be captured to determine the membership tiers and BookDoc Activ Points.
My number of steps does not sync with BookDoc Activ. What can I do?

How much battery life does BookDoc app consume?
Minimal because we don't require you to turn on BookDoc App all the time. You just need to make sure that you are signed in your account.
Does BookDoc app consume my data plan?
Minimal because we don't transmit real-time data.
The steps data will still be captured if I don't turn on mobile data or in oversea?
For Tracker App like Samsung Health/Google Fit/ Apple Health/ Hua Wei Health, they function even at an offline mode to capture the steps data. However, you'll still need minimum data/internet/wifi for the steps data to transmit from Tracker App to BookDoc App.
How do I increase my chance of winning the Grand Prizes ?
The Grand Prizes will be awarded to winners based on lucky draw/ raffle system. Everyone has a chance to win the Grand Prizes, but their chances of winning are different depending on how many virtual raffle tickets they collect throughout the year. The more tickets one has, the more likely their virtual raffle ticket will be drawn as the winner.
Throughout the year there will be multiple challenges organized for individual (i.e. virtual challenges on BookDoc app) and group level (e.g. inter-Kelab Kilat). By participating in these challenges and achieving top results, you will be given additional virtual raffle tickets. Moreover, your month-to-month BookDoc Activ Tier will also provide you additional raffle tickets.
How do I ensure I don't miss out all the challenges throughout the year?
All competition notification and announcement will be updated accordingly on the TNB Vibrant Living microsite. Relevant announcements will also be shared via other channels e.g. email, push notification, INF, Tenagawan News, etc.

What are individual Virtual Challenges?
Throughout the year, all the individual challenges will be organised via Virtual Challenges. To access these challenges on BookDoc app, you may click “Activ” on the landing page followed by the Trophy button on the bottom right corner. On the “Challenges” page, you should be able to see all the ongoing Virtual Challenges under the “Exclusive” section which are limited to TNB staffs only.
Make sure you click into each Virtual Challenges and JOIN them before the start date. When a new Virtual Challenge is added, announcements will be made via push notification and other communication channel. Normally your participation and achievement in these challenges will determine how many additional virtual raffle tickets to be won.
What are Group Level Challenges?
These challenges will typically competing at group levels e.g. inter-departmental, inter-Kelab Kilat, etc. Announcements will be made via various communication channel, and you will also be able to view the challenge details on the “Current Challenges” section of this microsite.
You will be enrolled into these group level challenges as long as you remain active and synced on BookDoc app. Generally your contribution and the results of your group will determine how many additional virtual raffle tickets to be won.

What are the rewards I get to enjoy by achieving the Membership Tiers?
The list of rewards is updated from time to time; you may refer to the latest available rewards by clicking "View Rewards" on the Activ page.
When can I claim the rewards?
You will receive notification on the 1st day of the month based on the Membership Tier you achieved on the previous month. If you achieved at least Bronze Tier, you may claim vouchers on any day of the month. Vouchers are then valid for 15 days from the date of claim which you may redeem from the merchants via online or physical outlets, depending on the Terms & Conditions.
How do I achieve and maintain Platinum Tier?
In order to achieve Platinum Tier, you will need to maintain Gold Tier for 3 consecutive months whereby to achieve Gold Tier you need to maintain Average Daily Steps of at least 10,000 for each month.
For example, if you achieve Gold Tier for Month 1 & 2, by Month 3 if you can still maintain 10,000 Average Daily Steps, you will unlock the Platinum Tier by the end of Month 3.
To maintain the Platinum Tier, you will also need to maintain the 10,000 Average Daily Steps every subsequent month. If somehow you only achieve 7,000 Average Daily Steps on a particular month, your Tier will then become Silver. Subsequently you will need to repeat 3 consecutive months of Gold Tier again before unlocking Platinum.
What will happen if I miss the claiming cycle for the rewards?
Please try again for next months as the Reward Claim cycle is repeating every month.
